Charles Scott, of New Castle, Indiana, began exhibiting Italian Greyhounds in the mid-1970s. With his partner, Timothy Catterson, he has bred and finished many champions in the breed, including the home-bred national-specialty winner Ch. Evergreen Buffet Man Integra. He also finished champions, of several breeds, as a professional handler. He was the top breeder of Chihuahua’s in 1981.
Mr. Scott has been a judge since the late 1980s and is approved for the Toy Group, Afghans, Greyhounds, Whippets, Poodles, Standard Manchester Terriers and Junior Showmanship. He has judged several TOY group show in the United States.
Mr. Scott is the past president and vice-president of the Anderson and Muncie Kennel Clubs. He also helped to start the Central Indiana Pomeranian Club and the Pug Dog Club of Central Indiana.
